What are 'Live Event Pics'? You have text-message song requests? Cool! Are there extra charges, besides what's on your quote? What is the VideoWall? How do you combine DJ with Live? Do you belong to any professional associations and are you insured? What sound system do you use? What about your lighting rig? What kinds of music do you provide? How often do you take breaks and will you be eating with us? Do you provide Karaoke? Are the songs on your songlist the only ones you have? Do you expect or require a gratuity (tip)? Do you add extra charges for travel or hotel? That VideoWall thing sounds great. How much extra is it? Do you emcee for us and can we use your microphone? How do I book you for my event? What is this "Virtual Party System"? What is "Up-lighting"? What is included in an Up-lighting package? Another DJ told me you don't have a 'real photobooth'. What do you use?	I believe strongly in being up-front with my clients and will NEVER nickel-and-dime you by offering a "basic package" and then holding back the really cool stuff (like video) that most of my competitors charge as "add-ons". When I send a quote, it includes a complete package of sound, club-style lighting (a full rig, not just minimal), video, emcee, travel expenses, setup/teardown, etc. I do offer extras such as Virtual Party (for your out-of-area guests), Full-venue Up-lighting, Motivational dancers, Gobos (your name or intials projected onto the dance floor or wall), Spotlight, etc, but these are always clearly spelled out in the booking contract. You won't have to worry about "gotchas" that will wreck your event budget.
